Naturopathic Counseling takes a holistic approach to wellness. We address the root cause of a person’s health symptoms by analyzing their diet, lifestyle, emotional state, and vitamin/mineral deficiencies.

At Natural Health Strategies we use a combination of food recommendations, lifestyle changes, herbs, supplements, and homeopathic remedies to help you feel your best.

RBTI Testing is a type of urine & saliva analysis that reveals the balance of a person’s body chemistry. Specifically: how well a person is absorbing nutrients, getting rid of toxins, and transferring energy.

This information helps determine the root cause of various health symptoms and indicates what natural health strategies will work best for each individual. RBTI testing is noninvasive, results are immediate, and fasting is not required.

We believe the key to achieving and maintaining results is staying consistent. The best way to stay consistent is a practical approach. That’s why each clients leaves our office with an easy-to-implement action plan.

Everyone is different however. So we tailor our action plans according to each person’s RBTI test results and health concerns. In addition, we set up our clients up for success by matching our recommendations to their lifestyle and dietary preferences.
