Activated B-Complex Capsules from Daily Manufacturing provide active forms of B6 (10 mg), B12 (20 mcg), Thiamine (10 mg), and Riboflavin (10 mg). There is also Niacinamide (40 mg), Niacin (20 mg), Folic acid (200 mcg), B5 (pantethine 10 mg), PABA (20 mg), Biotin (150 mcg), Choline (10 mg), and Inositol (20 mg). All of the B vitamins are provided in the forms best utilized by the human body. Each bottle contains 250 Vegetarian capsules and is made by Daily Manufacturing.
