Today is Cinco de Mayo, also known as May 5th.  Traditionally it’s a holiday to celebrate the Mexican victory over the French at the battle of Puebla.  But here in America it’s typically used as an excuse to drink beer and eat tacos. Whether you are celebrating Mexican independence or simply indulging in Mexican foods, here are 5 healthy Cinco de Mayo snacks.

  • Eat a corn tortilla:
